- How do I make a call?
- After you have created account and added minimum funds to your account, call one of our access numbers located in 3 countries. When prompted, dial the number you want to reach. When making international call, be sure to include just the country code "61" (the country code you are calling) and the number. Our access numbers are regular phone numbers.
- How do I setup my pinless dial numbers for my account?
- Login and go to Caller Id and then add caller id.
The number should be formatted when you add it to our pinless dial table. Do not use (), +, -, or letters. Just put country code and the digits of your phone number in the caller id in your account settings. Example: These numbers should be formatted with the country code the area code first and then the rest of the number, i.e. 144451234445. Do not put + before the Number.
